Dr. Michael F. Ruffini received his Ed.D., Instructional Technology/Leadership from Widener University. He teaches Instructional Technology at Mansfield University in the Department of Education.

Dr. Ruffini has written numerous articles on Instructional Technology, Multimedia and Web page design and has given workshops and in-service IT training to teachers.
